Building players and strengthening a community
Clifford Pulenyane started Mogol Club with a belief that local football could become a force for opportunity, discipline and community pride. Under Clifford Pulenyane's long-standing leadership, the club has grown into a home for local players and a positive environment for young people across Lephalale.
The aim has never been limited to winning matches. Mogol Club gives children a reason to remain active, focused and connected to responsible role models. For young people facing disadvantage, the football field can become a place of safety, structure and possibility.
Training develops skill, but it also teaches punctuality, teamwork, respect, resilience and accountability. These values travel with players beyond the touchline, into school, work, family and community life.
The continuing mission
To identify local talent, give disadvantaged children meaningful opportunities, keep young people engaged in constructive activity and build a football culture that Lephalale can carry forward with pride.
